What's the world's happiest country? Global emotional survey revealed

Which country is the most stressful? Where do people feel like their countrymen and women treat them with the most respect? Where are people more likely to be sad?

A new global poll by the international survey company Gallup asked 140,000 people around the world how they feel, with the goal of creating a global emotional temperature map.

INDONESIA, MALAYSIA

Indonesia and Malaysia topped the list for the world’s most well-rested countries, while 99 per cent of people in Paraguay said they were treated with respect all day long.

Puja Khedkar Case Prompts Changes in UPSC Application Rules

 The UPSC’s decision to mandate document submission at the application stage for the 2025 Civil Services Prelims Exam follows the controversy surrounding probationary Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Puja Khedkar. Khedkar is accused of forging identity documents, misrepresenting information, and falsifying facts to gain additional attempts in the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2022. According to reports, Khedkar allegedly submitted a fake Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) certificate to claim reservation benefits. This allowed her to exceed the standard limit of nine attempts and appear for the exams a total of 12 times.  UP Sanskrit Scholarship Scheme has been announced at the Sampurnanand Sanskrit University for all Sanskrit students without any age restrictions as a part of the eligibility criteria.  Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has announced the UP Sanskrit Scholarship Scheme. The scheme was announced at the Sampurnanand Sanskrit University and strives to offer financial assistance to all Sanskrit students. As a part of this scheme, 69,195 Sanskrit students of the state will be benefited with INR 5.86 crore amount of scholarships.
